Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in organic growth channels, including search engine optimization, app store optimization, and content, and in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
  • Experience with organic growth planning and opportunity sizing, including estimating required investment, expected traffic and member volumes, unit economics, and the operational structure of content and technical search engine optimization and app store optimization work.
  • Forecasting experience for a marketing or growth channel, including building forward-looking performance models and communicating forecast uncertainty and scenario sensitivity.
  • Strong experience designing and evaluating incrementality tests, including search engine optimization split tests, app store listing experiments, geo experiments, and paid search holdouts.
  • Working knowledge of causal inference methods, including experiment design, holdout analysis, and techniques for separating incremental organic demand from cannibalized paid or brand-driven demand.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
  • Experience working with organic platform data sources, including Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and third-party rank-tracking or crawl tools.
  • Experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of attribution concepts and measurement challenges in privacy-constrained, cross-device environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners and influence decisions with data.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Organic Growth to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks across search engine optimization landing pages, content hubs, app store listings, and audiences.
  • Size and scope organic growth initiatives with marketing, product, engineering, and finance by translating acquisition goals into expected traffic, conversion, and member volume, and the investment required to achieve them, while supporting operational planning for content and technical roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models for the organic channel, projecting impressions, sessions, install and signup volume, and downstream lifetime value under different investment scenarios, seasonality assumptions, ranking trajectories, and algorithm volatility.
  • Develop attribution approaches that reconcile platform-reported performance from Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, web analytics, and app analytics with observed member behavior, accounting for dark and direct traffic, branded and non-branded intent, and paid-organic overlap.
  • Design and analyze search engine optimization split tests, app store listing experiments using Google Play Experiments and Apple Product Page Optimization, geo experiments, and paid search holdouts to quantify incremental lift, cannibalization, and true impact versus correlation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards showing rankings and impression share, traffic, funnel conversion, blended customer acquisition cost, and downstream lifetime value by surface, keyword cluster, and content type.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve tracking, data quality, and the pipelines supporting crawl, ranking, session, and conversion data.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial technology is preferred.

"We don't buy it. People who are working toward real goals still deserve treats and rewards for their progress and discipline. That's the whole point of 5% cash back on the category of your choice - it's the treat that pays you back a little. And now we made one you can literally eat - so enjoy!" Chime is exploring stablecoin wallet services for its banking app.

Chime is exploring stablecoin wallet services for its banking app. Chime, the largest US neobank, is exploring stablecoin wallet integration for its banking app, with infrastructure startup Rain among the firms that held talks, according to Bloomberg. Chime reaches out to blockchain firms over stablecoin plans. Chime, widely regarded as the largest neobank in the United States, is weighing a move into stablecoin-powered wallet services. According to Bloomberg, the company asked blockchain firms in late spring to submit proposals for end-to-end stablecoin wallet solutions that could be integrated directly into its consumer banking app. Infrastructure startup Rain was among the companies that held discussions with @Chime as part of that process. No deal has been confirmed, and Chime has not committed to a launch. No timeline or product details have been publicly disclosed. Rain: a rising force in stablecoin infrastructure. Rain is a private financial technology company founded in 2021. The company provides stablecoin-powered payment infrastructure, enabling businesses to issue payment cards and digital wallets funded by cryptocurrencies. The company raised $250 million in a Series C funding round to scale its stablecoin payments infrastructure, a round that valued it at $1.95 billion. Rain's platform is used by more than 200 companies and facilitates over $3 billion in annualized transactions. Rain describes itself as the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, and developers, with technology that allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. The startup works with neobanks who want to let their customers use crypto deposits, instead of US dollars, to settle charges on payment cards. The talks come as mainstream financial institutions move closer to stablecoin adoption following clearer regulation. Enterprise interest in stablecoins has surged following the GENIUS Act in the US and the MiCA framework in Europe, which have created a clearer regulatory path for adoption. Traditional neobanks like Chime do not hold bank charters and operate as technology layers on top of core banking systems provided by licensed institutions. Chime, for example, partners with The Bancorp Bank and Stride Bank. Whether Chime ultimately builds, buys, or passes on stablecoin capabilities remains to be seen. For now, the exploratory conversations alone signal that even the most mainstream digital banks are taking the technology seriously. (Advertisement)
