As a Helper Installer, you'll work alongside experienced installers to transform bathrooms with high-quality bath and shower remodeling solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and takes pride in delivering excellent results for customers.

What You'll Do

Assist lead installers with bathroom remodeling projects
Help remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials
Carry and load materials, tools, and products safely
Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing acrylic bath systems
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Protect customer property during installations
Help stock and organize installation vehicles
Follow company installation procedures and safety guidelines
Provide professional and courteous customer service

What We're Looking For

Previous construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installer helper experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Comfortable working in customers' homes
Valid driver's license preferred
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
