Position: Fleet Manager - UK

Job Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to spearhead the strategic management of our vehicle fleet in the UK. With a fleet of approximately 450 vehicles, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and alignment with our mission to #letssolvewater. Reporting directly to the Operations Director UK&I, you’ll provide strategic counsel to senior leadership while ensuring the availability of appropriate vehicles to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive fleet strategy, assessing vehicle performance, costs, and suitability to meet current and future business needs.
Implement robust data tracking practices, including mileage, repair requests, fuel management, and maintenance rates, to optimize fleet operations.
