  • At least 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, including ownership and leadership of multi-channel business-to-business marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to lead campaign strategy from concept through execution and reporting, rather than only managing channels.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, paid social, account-based marketing platforms, programmatic display, geotargeting, and content syndication.
  • Expert-level fluency with Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, and Salesforce reporting, including technical setup, report building, and data-structure optimization.
  • Experience building and presenting executive-level campaign strategy and performance decks.
  • Experience mapping campaign strategy visually using FigJam, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot and building marketing automation and operations programs.
  • Strong proficiency in Asana, process documentation, and structured project management.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams to develop pipeline-acceleration strategies and optimize lead quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns anchored to campaign themes, key performance indicators, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead campaign strategy documentation in PowerPoint and FigJam, including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, channel mix, messaging hierarchy, and conversion paths.
  • Propose original campaign approaches based on market trends, competitive activity, and performance data.
  • Develop and present executive-facing communication decks covering campaign strategy, status, results, and recommendations, and maintain them as the campaign source of truth.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle and Content Marketing Managers to ensure consistent messaging across channels, campaigns, and web pages.
  • Design and revise campaign graphics in Figma, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop, using templates, artificial intelligence, and other tools as appropriate.
  • Write clear, on-brand content for advertisements, emails, and landing pages and revise it in collaboration with marketing managers.
  • Build and maintain campaign-reporting dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and paid social campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Own account-based marketing channels, including platform selection, audience strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Build lists and optimize segmentation across LinkedIn, programmatic display, content syndication, and other account-based marketing channels.
  • Drive acquisition campaigns across paid social, content syndication, retargeting, programmatic display, and sponsored content.
  • Own tradeshow and event marketing strategy and execution and incorporate it into the broader marketing strategy.
  • Own evergreen top-of-funnel channels that drive awareness and conversions.
  • Manage paid-channel budget allocation and tracking and forecast spend.
  • Conduct A/B tests for advertisements, landing pages, and calls to action; report results and implement cross-channel learnings.
  • Monitor daily inbound activity and ensure a smooth handoff to sales.
  • Own end-to-end campaign performance reporting, from tracking setup and data integrity through written and visual stakeholder reporting.
  • Map prospect journeys from lead scoring through marketing-qualified-lead routing to opportunity conversion, and recommend and implement improvements.
  • Use analytics and performance data to improve return on investment and adjust strategies during campaigns.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools for predictive audience segmentation, automated bid management, scaled creative testing, and assisted reporting.
  • Identify and implement artificial-intelligence-driven tools and process improvements across campaign workflows to reduce manual effort and improve output quality and speed.
  • Manage campaign projects in Asana by building project plans, assigning tasks, tracking milestones, communicating status, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and competitive strategies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare and/or software-as-a-service marketing.
