About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our distributed Product team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the Supply side of our two-sided marketplace. You’ll partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, as well as operations to define and execute on our supply vision, strategy, and roadmap. You’ll play a crucial role in helping Hipcamp become the one place that outdoors enthusiasts go to for all outdoor stays.

What success looks like:

Define the product vision and strategy for how Hipcamp will be the one go-to place for landowners looking to enhance their land by offering outdoor stays.
Prioritize cross-functional (engineering, design, operations, marketing) work to achieve that vision and strategy through ambitious but achievable quarterly OKRs and roadmaps
Iteratively execute and learn to achieve those OKRs via research, experimentation, and analytics.
Collaborate closely and align with cross-functional stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Deeply understand our customer needs and pain points.

About our Work Environment

Compensation will be a mix of salary and stock options. It is based on your location and will be highly competitive compared to similar-stage companies. The estimated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 a year.
