Collecte des données d’utilisation et des commentaires des utilisateurs pour l’abonnement aux ressources informationnelles
Mise à jour des listes d’utilisateurs
Collecte et analyse des données sur le renouvellement des abonnements
Organisation de séances de formation données par des fournisseurs sur les abonnements aux ressources informationnelles
Création de collections structurées pour faire connaître les abonnements aux ressources informationnelles et encourager leur utilisation
Mise à jour des sites SharePoint Online de l’Équipe des services de bibliothèque

East Side Games Group has transferred its banking relationship to National Bank of Canada, securing CAD 4 million in credit based on accounts receivable and tax credits. Posted October 1, 2026 1:05 pm Export Development Canada is set to open two new offices in Europe this year and another in 2027, the Crown corporation said in a statement Thursday. The move comes amid deepening ties between Canada and the European Union, including a proposal by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to make Canada the EU's first "associate member." As part of the next phase of its Europe strategy, EDC is opening new offices in France and Sweden, Canada's federal export credit agency said in a statement. A third new office in Poland is being planned for 2027, the agency added. Along with the offices in the United Kingdom, Germany and Turkey, these offices will help put EDC and Canadian businesses "closer to European buyers, investors, financial institutions and strategic partners," EDC said. The agency is citing growing interest among Canadian exporters to sell to Europe as the driving force behind the move. Almost one-third (31 per cent) of Canadian exporters say they plan to enter the European market in the next two years, according to EDC's 2026 Trade Confidence Index. Get breaking national news. Deepening trade ties with the EU is a key pillar of Prime Minister Mark Carney's strategy to double Canada's non-U.S. exports as U.S. President Donald Trump's trade war continues. At a time of significant economic transformation in Europe and growing demand for trusted international partners, Export Development Canada (EDC) is expanding its presence across the continent to help Canadian companies diversify their exports, build commercial relationships and pursue new opportunities in some of the world's most dynamic economies. As part of the next phase of its Europe strategy, EDC is opening new representations in France and Sweden, with a representation in Poland planned for 2027. Complementing EDC's established presence in the United Kingdom, Germany and Türkiye, these new representations will put EDC closer to European buyers, investors, financial institutions and strategic partners. This stronger in-market presence will help Canadian companies identify opportunities earlier, navigate local business environments and establish commercial relationships more quickly and effectively. "At a time when trade and investment ties between Canada and Europe are deepening, our expanded presence will help Canadian companies by building pragmatic relationships with like-minded trading partners across Europe," said Alison Nankivell, EDC's President and CEO. Since 2016, EDC has provided working capital and project financing to support its international expansion. This included financing Limekiln, Boralex's first U.K. wind farm and one of the country's largest onshore wind projects. EMERGE secures $5.85M debt refinancing with Desjardins, cuts interest rate by 3.70%

EMERGE Commerce has refinanced its $5.85 million debt with Desjardins Ontario Credit Union, securing a seven-year term through September 2033 with a 3.70% interest rate reduction. The new facility lowers the interest rate from 11.00% to 7.30%, reducing it from Prime Rate plus 6.55% to Prime Rate plus 2.85%. The Toronto-based e-commerce company expects approximately $400,000 in cash flow savings during the first year from lower interest costs and reduced refinancing expenses. EMERGE plans to use most of these savings to reduce debt whilst maintaining flexibility for growth and acquisitions. The refinancing also includes a $1 million revolving line of credit for working capital, guaranteed by Export Development Canada. The company operates profitable e-commerce brands across direct-to-consumer and business-to-business segments, including truLOCAL meat subscription service and golf-related businesses.
