- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill carryover across environments.
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists.
- Model treatment plan implementation through direct client interaction, coaching, and consultation to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes.
- Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful functional progress through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis programming.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
