Requirements
  • At least 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in B2B Software as a Service and at least 1+ year focused on artificial intelligence-powered products
  • Experience with full-stack product thinking, from strategic planning and prioritization to detailed feature-level execution
  • Ability to stay current with emerging product and technology capabilities such as autonomous AI agents, emergent model capabilities, and evaluation frameworks, and translate these into real user value
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to integrate customer feedback throughout the product development process, including conducting user research and engaging with sales or customer success teams to gain insight
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, understanding that best solutions come from diverse perspectives
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering complex, high-quality products
Responsibilities
  • Lead the evolution of Apply, driving strategy and execution for both customer-facing product improvements and internal tooling for building application forms for customers
  • Launch and drive development of the Discover Co-pilot, an AI-powered prospecting co-pilot delivering personalized, high-quality prospecting strategies
  • Champion integration between Apply and the broader platform, ensuring seamless connectivity with the Document Library for a cohesive user experience
  • Generate revenue impact by working closely with go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure the product ships deliver tangible business outcomes

Users sign up for a pricing tier, and the system automatically matches relevant grants to their profiles using foundation data and IRS Form 990 filings, while also sending automatic deadline reminders and enabling custom reports.
