Requirements

A diploma from an engineering school or a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
At least 4 years of experience in technical project management in the aerospace sector is required.
Experience analyzing, challenging, and validating new 2D/3D mechanical, electrical, and cabin definitions, including impacts on production, quality, cost, deadlines, and resources, is required.
Experience defining methods, industrial processes, and execution times is required.
Proficiency in risk analyses, including PFMEA, is required.
Experience defining assembly resources and tooling is required.
Experience creating or modifying assembly or manufacturing routings, bills of materials, and associated technical documentation is required.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering projects from needs analysis through implementation.
Manage several Cluster Leaders and functionally manage teams of engineers and consultants.
Ensure project quality, cost, and schedule objectives through workload estimation, activity planning and monitoring, and team development.
Manage steering committees with clients and internal technical departments.
Analyze project needs and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Anticipate industrial and operational risks and implement preventive action plans.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations.
Contribute to improving industrialization processes and production methods.

Description du poste

Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet en Méthodes Industrielles pour accompagner nos ambitions dans le secteur aéronautique.

Au sein de la Direction Technique (DT) et sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Projet, vous aurez pour mission d’encadrer des projets à engagement de résultats.

Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion de la qualité et la performance de nos projets, en intégrant des outils et méthodes innovants pour répondre aux standards exigeants de l’industrie.

Missions principales

Gestion de projet et management d’équipe

Piloter des projets liés au Manufacturing Engineering, depuis l’analyse des besoins jusqu’à la mise en œuvre
Encadrer plusieurs Cluster Leaders et assurer le management fonctionnel d’équipes d’ingénieurs et de consultants
Garantir le respect des objectifs qualité, coûts et délais (QCD) : estimation des charges, planification et pilotage des activités, gestion et montée en compétences des équipes
Assurer la gestion des comités de pilotage avec les clients et les directions techniques interne

Expertise technique et amélioration continue

Analyser les besoins du projet et assurer la faisabilité technique des solutions proposées
Anticiper les risques industriels et opérationnels, mettre en place des plans d’action préventifs
Garantir le respect des normes et réglementations aéronautiques
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus d’industrialisation et des méthodes de production

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience

Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en Génie Industriel
Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet technique dans le secteur aéronautique

Compétences techniques

Analyse, critique et validation de nouvelles définition 2D/3D Mécanique, Electrique, Cabine (Impact prod, Qualité, cout, délais, moyens)
Définition de méthodes, process industriels, et de temps d’exécution
Maitrise des analyses de risques (PFMEA)
Définition de Moyens d’assemblages et d’outillages
Création et/ou modification des gammes d’assemblage ou de fabrication ainsi que des nomenclatures et de la documentation technique associée
