Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, polished service
  • Uphold and enforce Arlo’s service standards with consistency and attention to detail
  • Train, coach, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality
  • Actively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable experiences
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment between service and cuisine
  • Monitor floor flow, pacing, and presentation to support an elevated dining experience
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and inspiring presence during high-volume or high-expectation service periods
