Trademark Property Company assumes management of Atlantic Station.

Trademark Property Company assumes management of Atlantic Station. Monday, August 10th, 2026 Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, has been engaged by Atlantic Station ownership to assume management, leasing, and operations of the 138-acre mixed-use retail district, effective Aug. 1. Trademark has spent more than 30 years developing and operating top-tier mixed-use communities across the country, including Market Street-The Woodlands, Annapolis Town Center, and Galleria Dallas, and will apply its proven approach to Atlantic Station. Key aspects include artful placemaking, community programming, and strategic leasing to brands that resonate with today's consumers. Photos from Trademark's portfolio are available here. "Our first step is listening and understanding the community," said Terry Montesi, founder and CEO of Trademark. "We will thoroughly evaluate the property's strengths and opportunities to bring this iconic destination to the next level." Trademark has hired a seasoned general manager, Sean McIntosh, to oversee management and operations of the property's 585,590-square-foot retail footprint. McIntosh brings more than 30 years of experience managing top retail assets, having spent a decade at GGP before joining Atlantic Station as assistant general manager from 2006 to 2013. He went on to advance his career at Jamestown, Oliver McMillan, and, most recently, Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, Florida, before making his return to Atlantic Station under Trademark's management. "It's an honor to return to this incredible community," McIntosh said. "We are committed to making this a seamless transition and will build on the strong foundation already in place." In the coming weeks, McIntosh will meet with tenants and the surrounding neighborhoods, and Trademark will launch a community engagement survey to gather feedback. Trademark will also hire a senior asset manager based in Atlanta, furthering the company's local presence and oversight of the property. Atlantic Station was recently named the No. 1 best place to live in America by Niche, and the property continues to add to its retail and dining lineup, with Nordstrom Rack, Gocha's All Day on the Atlantic Green, Playa Bowls, and Busy Bee Café all announced as new additions. The property will also continue hosting its beloved signature events such as the Creator's Market, Wellness Wednesdays and Light the Station. Atlantic Station's retailers include Azotea Cantina, California Pizza Kitchen, Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, H&M, HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, illy, LA Fitness, Lucky Strike, Museum of Illusions, Nike Unite, Old Navy, Overtime Elite Arena, Pandora, Regal Cinemas, Salata, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Yard House, and more. Atlantic Station is also home to 2 million square feet of Class-A office space, two full-service hotels, multiple apartments, lofts and luxury condo residences, as well as freestanding IKEA, Target, and Dillard's.

Hoping to restore one of the city's crowning jewels to its former luster, Arlington and development partner Trademark Property are set to break ground Aug. 3 on Anthem, formerly known as Lincoln Square. Fort Worth-based Trademark and Harrison Street Asset Management on Monday announced they have closed on financing and are now set to break ground on the redevelopment of the 43-year-old, 43-acre shopping center. Completion is set for early 2028 and is expected to bring 404,000 square feet of retail, food & beverage, hospitality, entertainment and public spaces to the project. Anthem is being developed in a public-private partnership between Trademark, the Arlington Economic Development Corp. and the city of Arlington. "Lincoln Square has been an iconic north Arlington spot for nearly 40 years, but the aging retail center has not seen the innovations or private investment needed to keep it market relevant," Arlington Mayor Jim Ross said in a statement. "Trademark's total $135 million+ planned investment will bring new shopping, dining and entertainment options, and serve as a catalyst for even more redevelopment." Earlier versions of the redevelopment plan included hotels and multifamily apartments. Those components were removed because of market conditions, according to Trademark and city officials. While the development is primarily focused on creating a premier retail and entertainment destination, Trademark officials say they have designed Anthem with future-proofing in mind, allowing for the potential integration of other mixed-use components as market opportunities arise. Residents will see construction activity soon and new businesses opening by early 2027, with substantial completion by 2030, according to the city. Announcements could happen soon. Trademark said it is in final lease negotiations with more than 35,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage tenants, many of which will be new to the market. "Anthem - formerly Lincoln Square - has been a staple of this community for more than 40 years, and we're honored that the city of Arlington trusted us to take this strategic development to the next level," said Terry Montesi, CEO and founder of Trademark. Much as Trademark has done at some of its other developments, such as Westbend and Waterside in Fort Worth, the plan is to create a walkable green space for the community, a curated public art program, outdoor seating, bike racks and event programming, along with the retail elements. "Trademark's goal is Arlington's goal: transformational redevelopment that integrates seamlessly with the neighboring fabric of the city," said Marty Wieder, executive director of the Arlington Economic Development Corp. "And the vision we've developed together for Anthem will further Arlington's reputation as an entertainment hub, addressing the needs and wants of residents and visitors alike." The city of Arlington and Trademark Property have been working on a plan to redevelop Lincoln Square since 2022. It is a prime piece of real estate sitting at the southwest corner of Interstate 30 and Collins Street, serving as an entry point to the Arlington Entertainment District. Despite its premier location and well-known tenants, including Studio Movie Grill, Ulta Beauty, Michaels and PetSmart, Lincoln Square has not innovated in a way to stay current with market trends, according to city officials and Trademark. The lack of investment and empty spaces at Lincoln Square has resulted in the loss of an estimated $1 million a year in direct sales and property tax revenue for the city, according to Arlington officials. Property values within Lincoln Square declined 12% from 2015 to 2021, according to the Tarrant Appraisal District, while property values within a quarter mile have increased by 50%. InterBank is providing refinancing and construction financing for the project. Dwell Design Studio is the design architect, and the general contractor is Joeris General Contractors. Trademark celebrates grand opening of The Vickery in Fort Worth, Texas. The luxury boutique community sets a new bar for elevated living in the Near Southside, debuting its signature Sky Lounge and resident amenities. Fort Worth, TX (June 26, 2026) - National real estate developer, investor, and operator Trademark Property Company (Trademark) is celebrating the grand opening of The Vickery, one of Fort Worth's most distinctive new residential communities, in Fort Worth's Near Southside District. Set on five acres at 700 W. Vickery Blvd., the community is now complete, marked by the debut of its premier resident offerings, most notably on-site pickleball, a central public park, two dog parks and a Sky Lounge with residences overlooking downtown Fort Worth. The site had challenged multiple developers over the years, and Trademark is the firm that brought it to completion. Since welcoming its first residents in late 2025, the community has been embraced by the market and is already home to more than 200 residents. The Vickery features 321 residences, including 307 apartments and 14 townhomes in one, two, and three-bedroom layouts that are all designed with custom, high-end finishes, high ceilings, and large windows. Floor plans are highly customized and design-forward, with select residences that overlook downtown Fort Worth. "The Vickery sets a new bar for residential living in Fort Worth and reflects the standard our platform holds for everything we build," said Chad A. Colley, multifamily and mixed-use partner at Trademark. "Bringing this project to fruition during one of the most challenging capital markets environments in recent memory underscores the strength of Trademark's brand, the DFW market and the enduring appeal of thoughtfully designed multifamily communities. The Vickery has succeeded because it delivers what today's residents are seeking: an exceptional living experience with walkability, and a sense of place that defines great neighborhoods." The newly opened Sky Lounge serves as the community's signature gathering space, offering panoramic views of the Fort Worth skyline. Residents also enjoy a resort-style pool, a dedicated wellness program, hot and cold plunge tubs, a premier fitness center, a co-working lounge, a large central park, two dog parks, and electric vehicle charging stations. The project also includes a standalone 5,358-square-foot restaurant opportunity with rooftop patio space. Supported by a Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) incentive from the City of Fort Worth, Trademark enhanced connectivity through improvements including upgraded sidewalks, bike lanes, a new public space, and enhanced pedestrian and vehicular access along Hemphill Street. Fully integrated into the surrounding neighborhood, The Vickery draws on the energy of the Near Southside while establishing an identity all its own. Reflecting Trademark's commitment to sustainability, The Vickery was designed and built to National Green Building Standards (NGBS), promoting energy efficiency, lower operating costs, and long-term resilience while qualifying for LEED Bronze certification. The Vickery anchors a growing pipeline of multifamily communities Trademark is advancing across Texas. The company is currently developing Westbend Residences, a 321-unit community overlooking the Trinity River in Fort Worth. In Dallas, following unanimous City Council approval, Trademark is moving forward with 3900 Lemmon Avenue, a 362-unit residential mixed-use community in the Turtle Creek area with public open space. Shivers Farm development in Southlake with possible Whole Foods to start building.

Shivers Farm development in Southlake with possible Whole Foods to start building. Updated April 3, 2026 3:03 PM Gift Article Construction on a $120 million, 40-acre mixed-use development in Southlake, anchored by what may be a Whole Foods Market, is expected to break ground this summer. Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Co. is developing Shivers Farm on North White Chapel Boulevard, just north of Texas 114. The property had long been owned by the Shivers family. Recent filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show plans to start almost $30 million retail building construction in late summer, taking about a year. The project will include 37 single-family lots; 110,000 square feet of retail space, including the grocery store; 38,000 square feet of office space, and a 3-acre pad for a hotel with a full-service restaurant, entertainment or other retail. The developer hasn't revealed which grocery store is coming, but signs point to Whole Foods. According to previous reporting by the Star-Telegram, during an October meeting of the Southlake City Council, one of the council members repeatedly referred to the grocery store as Whole Foods during a discussion about traffic flow. Trademark has worked with the Austin-based grocery before - Fort Worth's only Whole Foods is in the Waterside mixed-use community on Bryant Irvin Road that Trademark developed around 2016. The Shivers family farm dates back more than a century, when J.R. and Ora Grace Shivers built a farmhouse and worked the land in 1916, according to the Southlake Historical Society. J.R was also one of the first community members on the board of trustees for the Carroll School District This story was originally published April 3, 2026 at 1:43 PM. Organic grocer to anchor Cypress retail development.

Organic grocer to anchor Cypress retail development. HOUSTON - (Realty News Report) - With strong leasing momentum including a commitment from a national organic grocer, Trademark Property Co. is preparing to break ground on a collection retail buildings in the Dunham Pointe master planned community in Cypress this summer. Trademark, which is working with Dunham Pointe Development, announced upcoming tenants in the 25-acre Dunham Pointe retail village that will soon take shape on Mason Road south of Highway 290. A yet to be disclosed organic grocer will anchor the project, according to Trademark. Other planned tenants include Shake Shack, a national junior fashion anchor, Amorino Gelato, Milkshake Factory, and Pokeworks. An organic grocer would add a new option to the neighborhood, which is just across the freeway from Fairfield Market H-E-B. Planned for 206,000 square feet of grocery, restaurant, and retail space, the lifestyle center is part of the 1,300-acre Dunham Pointe community being developed by former ConocoPhillips executive Archie Dunham. The community, which is east of the Grand Parkway about 30 miles northwest of downtown Houston, will have about 2,500 custom homes upon completion. Home sales began in 2021. Trademark announced signed leases with six tenants for 35,000 SF, and current negotiations with more than 12 tenants totaling 65,000 SF. Ten additional retailers have signed letters of intent. Pent-up demand. "We have never seen pre-leasing demand this strong at any other project. Retailers are actively looking for well-located projects in affluent growing trade areas, and we're seeing that play out at Dunham Pointe," said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark. "There has been very little new retail supply delivered since 2009, which has created significant pent-up demand from both national brands and emerging concepts." As is the case with Dunham Pointe, new Houston retail developments are opening with many of the spaces already leased. That has kept Houston retail occupancy high, currently 95%, according to commercial real estate firm Weitzman. Fort Worth-based Trademark is behind Market Street in The Woodlands, a mixed-use destination with nearly 400,000 SF of retail, including 15 restaurants and an H-E-B store. The company was tapped to lease LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a 412,900-SF open-air retail center in Katy, and previously worked on a Rice Village assignment several years ago. Finding the perfect mix. The Dunham Pointe retail village will serve an affluent area where new homes start in the mid $400,000s. Bridgeland, one of suburban Houston's most active communities for homebuilding, is nearby. "As we continue to build out the tenant mix at Dunham Pointe, our focus is on curating the perfect mix of retailers and restaurants to serve the growing community," said Daniel Goldware, senior vice president of leasing at Trademark. "Dunham Pointe will be a walkable, amenity-rich destination that encourages people to stay longer and return often." Boilerplate: Trademark Property Co. is a full-service real estate firm focused on investments, development, and institutional services of retail, multifamily, office, and mixed-use properties. The company has invested in, developed, or redeveloped 24 million square feet of mixed-use, multifamily, and retail assets worth $5 billion. Trademark operates a 19-property retail and mixed-use portfolio, including three properties in greater Houston. Image: Dunham Pointe will encompass 206,000 SF of retail on 25 acres at the intersection of Highway 290 and Mason Road in Cypress. Trademark Property Co. courtesy rendering. Mark Your Calendar: Commgate's annual Developer Showcase will be held April 29 from 4:30 to 7:00 PM at the Houston Country Club.
