  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or relevant field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution or similar cloud security/Identity and Access Management platforms (e.g., Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto Prisma, ZScaler, Netskope)
  • Practical experience with integrating and managing identity providers (such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity), including SSO/SAML, SCIM, and MFA
  • Proficient in scripting or automation tools (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) for routine administrative tasks, especially in cloud security tools
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and security concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, RBAC)
  • Experience supporting compliance and audit activities related to IAM and cloud security solutions
  • Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec; French-language training is offered if not proficient
  • Fluency in English is required to communicate with colleagues, customers and partners outside Quebec; for research and development, understanding technical and scientific documentation in English
Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain our ZTNA solutions in line with security and access policies.
  • Contribute to the automation of routine ZTNA administrative tasks using scripting (such as Python or PowerShell) and our ZTNA solutions APIs.
  • Integrate our ZTNA solutions with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta), supporting implementation of SSO, SCIM, and MFA.
  • Implement and manage user/group provisioning and policy assignments within ZTNA and associated IAM platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to user access, connectivity, and security configurations, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Participate in audits, compliance checks, and reporting for security and IAM posture in the ZTNA environment.
  • Collaborate with networking, IAM, and security teams to optimize access controls, policies, and user experience.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, automations, incidents, and changes.
  • Daily administration of our ZTNA solution with On-call duties
