Requirements
  • Experience running audio console, video switcher, camera, microphone, and related equipment
  • Experience with Wirecast streaming software, Zoom, Jamboard, and other unified communications solutions
  • 2+ years experience in a help desk or support environment using ticketing systems like FreshService, Zendesk, or similar
  • Experience with core technologies/applications such as Jamf Pro, Okta, 1Password, Google Workspace, and Atlassian Product Suite
  • Experience with workplace management applications like Robin, OfficeSpace, Envoy, or similar
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and sharing knowledge
  • Wired and wireless networking knowledge
  • Ability to work from the Boston office 4-5 days per week and provide after-hours on-site event support
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis after business hours
  • Able to handle freight shipments and move equipment up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
  • Help prepare and execute local events in event spaces, operate live-streaming equipment
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot conference rooms, digital signage, digital whiteboards, and other collaboration technology
  • Oversee ticket queue related to collaboration technology, provide coaching to junior team members
  • Provide real-time support to remote and in-office employees, identify recurring technical issues and automate manual processes
  • Assist with hardware needs, documentation, and knowledge base articles
