Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with diverse business partners to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs
  • Define relevant strategic questions based on comprehension of existing requirements
  • Deliver presentations grounded in data that identify key trends, themes and offer recommendations on solutions to key questions
  • Coordinate across Global and Geo-based teams of analytics professionals to ensure Nike’s most complex strategic, operational, and commercial objectives related to consumers and athletes experience are met
  • Direct development of models that help us deeply understand and measure the impact of projects on shopping journeys and commerce outcomes
  • Design, manage, and execute the measures of store tests to quantify the impact consumer and athlete-experience related initiatives have on consumer and business outcomes
  • Partner across Insights and Technology organizations at Nike to help accelerate and maximize data capabilities
