Drata is looking for a Visual Designer to join the team! This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team of one of the fastest growing, B2B SaaS startups that’s already achieved unicorn status. We’re looking for someone who identifies as a ‘doer’ and is comfortable working cross-functionally and externally in helping Drata achieve its growth goals. This role will report to Drata’s Creative Director, but work cross- functionally on all teams. This role’s focus will be marketing and brand design.

What you’ll do:
- Be an expert in Drata’s design system, style guides, and campaign strategy. Deliver a high volume of creative work with an eye for detail.
- Be able to design based on a creative brief, successfully balance when to innovate and when to execute creative projects.
- Support projects from kick-off to archival, successfully navigating revisions, client feedback, project management, and cataloging.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, animators, and marketing team to develop creative concepts and assets that engage users.
- Present creative concepts and design to internal teams and clients and proactively manage revisions and reviews.
- Be an innovator. Continually recommend new creative channels, technology, approaches, or assets for campaigns.
- Play an active role in creative development by fostering a creative culture built to empower designers, writers, editors, and more.
- Understand the security and compliance space and visually represent complex concepts simply and effectively.
What you’ll bring:

- 2-5 years of experience designing a wide range of marketing assets including collateral, social advertisements, display ads, landing pages, websites, design systems, branding, and printed materials.
- Experience with time based media including motion graphics, video editing, audio editing, and interactive media.
- Knowledge of the printing process including large scale designs, swag, and experiential projects.
- Expert level technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite.
- Specific program expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Acrobat, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Conceptual and strategic thinker with the ability to balance innovative approaches with business objectives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience with B2B or Security industry preferred.
- Four year Bachelor’s of Fine Arts/University degree in Advertising, Visual Communications, Design, or related field.
- Familiar with RACI, Agile, Scrum, and other PM frameworks.
- Experience with Asana, Jira, or other project management software.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below.
Tier 1: $89,250 - $110,250
Tier 2: $80,325 - $99,225
Tier 3: $71,400 - $88,200
