Requirements
  • A track record of exceeding quota by closing complex, multi-year SaaS deals with an annual contract value of £100,000 or more.

  • Develop, test, learn, and document the strategies, messaging, and processes that will form a scalable go-to-market playbook.
  • Serve as the central point of contact and navigate stakeholders including contracting-organization executives and procurement officers, as well as government-agency policy leaders and operational heads.

  • Partner with C-suite, Product, and Delivery teams to design enterprise solutions and pilot programs that win deals and support measurable client success.
  • Exceed revenue targets through high-value, multi-year partnerships.
  • Build a predictable pipeline that establishes the company’s success in the vertical.
  • Create and validate the go-to-market playbook for the future sales team.

About the company

Beam is a social enterprise and certified B Corp that uses crowdfunding to help disadvantaged people in the UK—such as those who are homeless or refugees—secure jobs, housing, and essential skills. It works by partnering with local authorities and charities to identify individuals in need and create personalized crowdfunding campaigns that the public can fund. Public donations cover costs like training, housing, and other services, with Beam earning revenue from service fees and partnerships with like-minded organizations. Since 2017, Beam has supported over 2,500 individuals. The company differs from others by combining a crowdfunding model with targeted social services and strong collaboration with public bodies, all aimed at delivering practical outcomes rather than just funding. Beam’s goal is to expand its impact, helping more people transition into stable work and housing while building sustainable funding through service fees and partnerships.

What critics are saying

RentGuarantor partners with Place to open doors for renters.

RentGuarantor partners with Place to open doors for renters. 24 September 2026 09:35 RentGuarantor and Place will work together on four filmed roundtables in Manchester and Birmingham during 2027, bringing local authorities and housing leaders together to explore solutions for the housing crisis. RentGuarantor, the UK's only AIM-listed professional rent guarantor, stands in for the guarantor a tenant cannot provide, at no cost to landlords or agents. Bruce Evans, chief commercial officer at RentGuarantor, said: "Across the country, people who can afford their rent are turned away for want of someone to stand behind them. We built RentGuarantor to stand behind them, and Place puts us alongside the councils and housing leaders in the Midlands and the North who see that problem up close." Evans added: "Lacking a guarantor is a frustrating barrier. If your parents rent, if your family lives abroad, if there is simply no one to ask, the system shuts you out however reliably you would pay. Councils already use us to open that door for people on benefits, and we want to open many more of them here. "Some of the most ambitious thinking on housing in the country is happening in the Midlands and the North West. These roundtables put us at the table." Sara Thomas, commercial partnerships director at Place, said: "RentGuarantor already partners with a number of councils and housing bodies across the UK, and their service is part of the wider conversation that Place's audience is having about housing delivery, homelessness prevention, and regeneration. This strategic partnership allows Place to both support Rent Guarantors aims and those of the sector. Everyone at Place is looking forward to supporting their next phase of growth." RentGuarantor's work includes a strategic mandate with the National Residential Landlords Association, representing 110,000 landlords, a UK-first combined guarantor-and-deposit product with mydeposits, a partnership with social enterprise Beam that houses over 500 renters a year, and private rented access schemes with councils including Newcastle, Northumberland, Hull, Liverpool and Mansfield.
