About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Studio Intern to join our team for a twelve-week engagement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic culinary studio environment. The ideal candidate will assist with setting up shoots and editing videos, contributing to the creation of high-quality culinary content.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in the setup and breakdown of culinary shoots, including arranging equipment, props, and ingredients
•Support the culinary team during shoots by managing logistics and ensuring a smooth workflow
•Edit video footage to create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms
•Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas
•Maintain and organize video files and assets for easy access and retrieval
•Ensure all video content meets the company’s quality standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Culinary Arts, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field
•Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
•Passion for culinary arts and video production
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work 40 hours per week on site at our Peabody, MA location.
The person in this role will gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional culinary studio, work closely with experienced chefs and video production professionals, and have access to a wide range of culinary resources and learning opportunities.
The pay rate is $21/hour, with the potential for academic credit, if applicable. Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of relevant work.
