Rippl & Workplace Options partner to offer premium EAP services.

Rippl & Workplace Options partner to offer premium EAP services. At Rippl, Rippl believe every colleague should feel they truly matter - regardless of where they work. With over two decades of industry expertise and a purpose to deliver employee engagement differently, Rippl is on a mission to help businesses unify, value and reward deskless and decentralised workforces across the globe. Posted on May 11, 2026 Rippl is delighted to announce its brand-new partnership with Workplace Options, the world's largest independent provider of employee wellbeing services, to deliver comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) support to its UK customers - accessible from the devices employees already use every day. With over 40 years of experience supporting people through life's most challenging moments, Workplace Options brings a depth of clinical expertise and a genuinely human-centred approach to employee care. By combining that expertise with Rippl's mobile-first platform, Rippl is ensuring that every employee - not just those behind a desk - can access the high-quality support they need, when they need it most. Why this partnership matters. The demand for mental health and wellbeing support in the workplace has never been greater. Over 1.3 million counselling sessions were provided through EAPs in 2022 alone, and that demand has only continued to grow as employees navigate the pressures of modern working life. At the same time, the stigma around seeking mental health support has meaningfully reduced. More employees than ever are willing to ask for help, but too often, the systems designed to provide it let them down. Traditional EAP models were built for a different era of work. They rely on corporate devices, desktop portals, and access methods that simply don't reach the frontline, deskless, or distributed workers who make up a significant portion of today's workforce. When the user experience is complex, inaccessible, or buried beneath layers of HR processes, even the best EAP services go unused. That's the problem Rippl is solving together. Its partnership will deliver: * Confidential counselling and mental health support - access to qualified professionals for short-term counselling, crisis support, and ongoing mental health guidance, available in multiple languages and formats to reflect the diversity of today's workforce * Life and work support services - practical help with legal, financial, family, and personal challenges that affect wellbeing and performance * Manager and leadership resources - tools and guidance to help line managers spot signs of struggle and respond effectively, building a more supportive culture from the top down * Digital self-help tools - on-demand resources, self-assessments, and guided programmes available 24/7, so support is never limited to office hours or specific locations All of this is delivered through Rippl's single, easy-to-navigate platform - no separate logins, no confusing portals, no barriers between the employee and the help they're looking for. Wellbeing as a business driver. The conversation around workplace wellbeing has shifted significantly. Employers are increasingly recognising that mental and physical health support isn't just the right thing to do - it's directly connected to engagement, productivity, and retention outcomes. As Gallup's 2026 State of the Global Workforce Report highlights, employee wellbeing benchmarks have now improved for the first time in three years. This improvement reflects a growing commitment among forward-thinking employers to invest in support that is truly inclusive and accessible - not just available on paper. An EAP that employees can actually find, use, and trust is one of the most effective levers an organisation has for preventing issues from escalating, reducing absence, and demonstrating that they genuinely value the people who make their business run.
