Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and direction in designing, implementing and managing business operations and process improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects of high complexity.
  • Recognized subject matter knowledge in one or more solution areas.
  • Extensive experience in design, implementation and management of business operations, improvements or strategy projects.
  • Interfaces with the client on strategic issues.
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the USG’s designated Security Office.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a Program Management Plan including: the management approach, organizational structure, organizational resources, and management controls to be used to meet the BPA requirements throughout the BPA ordering period.
  • Provide the process to oversee and manage project activities under the BPA level.
  • Provide the process to recruit, train, and retain personnel at the BPA level.
  • Provide a communication diagram illustrating all lines of communication between the Government and The ProSidian Engagement Team.
  • Provide schedule control to ensure that all project deadlines are met.
  • Provide cost control to ensure that all work is performed within budget.
  • If an Order Management Plan is requested, provide: schedule control to ensure that all project deadlines are met; the processes to oversee and manage work activities at the BPA order level; a schedule detailing activities, dependencies, and timeframes for meeting objectives and deliverables; a staffing plan and organizational chart identifying relationships, authorities, and responsibilities; a description of management controls to meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements; a communication diagram illustrating all lines of communication between the Government and The ProSidian Engagement Team.
