Responsibilities
  • Define industrial costs and budget average selling prices for each brand collection.
  • Forecast and report sample costs while overseeing variance analysis between budget values and actual data.
  • Prepare and monitor seasonal profit and loss statements during budgeting and forecasting phases.
  • Calculate the selling price and corresponding markup for each model while monitoring profitability.
  • Monitor collection profit and loss and related profitability as sales progress.
  • Analyze profitability and margins for individual customers, collections, and commercial projects.
  • Plan the budget and analyze investment variances in communications, marketing, and design/styling areas.
  • Prepare industrial simulations and strategic plans.
