Navion Senior Solutions operates senior living communities in the southeastern United States, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and short-stay options. Residents pay monthly rent based on care level and accommodation, with optional in-home care services available. Communities feature restaurant-style dining, organized activities, transportation, 24/7 staffing, plus care support such as medication management and safety checks, aided by technology partners like Sage and ECP. The company expands its portfolio through strategic partnerships with investors (including Blackstone) and real estate partners (NHI), aiming to grow its Southeast-based senior housing footprint by integrating on-site and in-home care.

What believers are saying

  • Navion expanded from 16 communities in 2020 to 51 by August 2026.
  • Seven communities already use Sage; full rollout follows in 2026.
  • ECP awarded Navion in April 2025, signaling stronger medication management execution.

What critics are saying

  • ECP and Sage integrations across 52 communities risk workflow disruption during 2026.
  • Rapid acquisitions demand flawless occupancy, staffing, and compliance; one scandal damages the brand.
  • If reimbursement or occupancy softens, debt-funded growth and expansion plans squeeze cash flows.

  • Navion runs 51-52 communities across seven Southeastern states, with dense regional focus.
  • Enterprise-wide Sage and ECP rollouts unify care, medication, and fall management.
