About the job
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate school of nursing.
- Hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Have a minimum of 2 years in healthcare strategic development, ideally within home health or hospice.
- Have demonstrated experience in medical sales or within skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, or independent living environments, maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and referral sources.
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.
- Demonstrate customer service excellence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be skilled in relationship management, strategic planning, data tracking and analysis, and community networking to grow home care services.
- Build trusted partnerships connecting patients with home care services by cultivating relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners.
- Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and increase referrals.
- Develop and execute market strategies, analyze referral trends, and educate healthcare partners on available services.
- Collaborate on new programs and serve as a resource for referral sources and patients.
- Work with clinical, operational, and sales leadership to strengthen community relationships, support organizational growth, and improve access to patient-centered care.
- Plan, organize, and self-direct work with minimal supervision.
