Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent (2 years)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong experience with preparing and filing registration statements with the SEC.

Responsibilities
  • Manage annual update of variable life insurance product SEC filings.
  • Lead and train on all matters associated with SEC filings, including the use of ArcProspectus content management system.
  • Draft variable insurance product prospectus language and support product development initiatives. Manage FINRA Form BD filings.
  • Respond to auditor requests associated with registration statements.
  • Work on special projects and initiatives as requested.
