- Act as a trainer-coach within the structured on-the-job training program.

- Evaluate the transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Recommend employee qualification, additional training time, or discontinuation of training.
- Contribute to the employee certification program.
- Contribute to identifying training needs.
- Develop, update, and deploy work instructions.
- Contribute to developing, updating, and improving training materials and programs.
- Monitor training when it is delivered by an operations-team trainer.
- Monitor the progress of onboarding, training, probationary periods, and priority positions requiring training with the relevant supervisors and managers.
- Contribute to training logistics, including employee and trainer availability, schedules, materials, and rooms, in collaboration with district stakeholders, People and Culture, or others when the Training Coordinator is absent.
- Record site training activities in the learning management system, Workday.
- Create, update, and deploy work instructions in paper or video format.
- Execute the workplace integration program.
- Integrate new employees according to the onboarding plan.
- Act as a guide and resource person for new employees.
- Ensure communication and understanding of onboarding among stakeholders.
- Monitor onboarding activities when they are performed by operations colleagues.
- Contribute to developing, updating, and improving onboarding plans for new employees.
- Act as an expert trainer for factory trainers.
- Contribute to identifying factory trainers.
- Train and coach factory trainers.
- Contribute to developing a train-the-trainer program at the district level.
