Requirements
  • 7+ years working in a fast-growing, saas company in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success or directly relevant role.
  • Lead multi-departmental projects & contribute to team success
  • Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed trainings and content, including presentations, e-learning, videos and other collateral
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
  • Results-oriented; able to work autonomously and accomplish both project and team goals while hitting deadlines
  • A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Preference for Digital Advertising, Paid Social or Digital Marketing industry experience
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with Catalyst, Docebo, Gong or Highspot systems
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Empower Sales & Customer Success teams by designing and delivering impactful skill-based and situational training programs (both in person and virtual)
  • Effectively partner with and coach sales management to play a key role in aligning to enablement initiatives and empowering them to more effectively manage their sales teams
  • Coach sellers on an ongoing basis to continuously up-level sales processes, messaging, methodology, tools & skills
  • Develop & deliver targeted coaching programs for discovery, negotiation and enterprise-level deal cycles
  • Drive measurable results by partnering with Enablement Director, Product Marketing and Learning & Development
  • Establish program objectives, metrics & measure training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with sellers, customer success team members, leaders & other internal teams at Smartly
  • Lead the development and delivery of sales-specific onboarding program(s) focused on setting up new joiners in the Sales and Customer Success teams for success
