Requirements
  • Three to seven years of B2B event or field marketing experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of events.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume event calendar of 70 or more concurrent events with a system for keeping each on track.
  • Commercial acumen, including understanding and reporting revenue, pipeline, and return on investment.
  • Ability to develop creative booth concepts, activations, event formats, or invitations and explain the rationale behind them.
  • Experience building relationships with partners, value-added resellers, or implementation partners and securing their commitment to joint activity.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail, including managing multiple programs and vendors across time zones and meeting deadlines independently.
  • Ability to develop clear messaging and materials for internal teams and external partner and customer audiences.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the North America event calendar, including ERP user groups, industry conferences, and channel roadshows, from sponsorship selection and booth design through lead capture, follow-up, and post-event pipeline reporting.
  • Build event-specific field playbooks covering pre-show outreach, meeting-booking targets for North America sales, on-site activation, and timely follow-up sequences.
  • Develop and test new booth concepts, activations, event formats, and invitations.
  • Run regional customer dinners, executive roundtables, lunch-and-learns, and co-hosted local sessions.
  • Own webinars from planning and speaker preparation through promotion, execution, and performance analytics for attendance, conversion, and influenced pipeline.
  • Partner with North America sales leadership on regional demand plans to direct event and field investment toward active accounts, industries, and territories.
  • Run co-marketing with ERP platforms, resellers, and implementation partners, including joint events, co-branded activations, and partner onboarding campaigns that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Build relationships with partner marketing contacts at priority North America ERP platforms and value-added resellers, secure co-marketing commitments, and run mutually beneficial activations.
  • Maintain and update partner and field toolkits containing pitch decks, social assets, email templates, and value proposition materials.
  • Deliver internal enablement for North America sales and channel representatives in partnership with Content and Product Marketing.
  • Track event and channel performance against revenue outcomes, recommend where to invest or cut, and communicate results to North America sales leadership and the wider marketing team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a Series A to Series C SaaS company with a small marketing team where individuals built programs themselves rather than directing others to execute them.
  • Knowledge of the finance or accounting software landscape.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Acumatica named Traild a finalist across ISV, construction, manufacturing, and distribution categories in January 2026.
  • Aktion called Traild its 2026 Growth Partner of the Year, signaling reseller momentum.
  • Pine's portfolio and Traild's existing VAR links, including i-Tech and NexTec, widen channel reach.

What critics are saying

  • Traild raised only $3.05 million total, leaving limited room against larger AP vendors.
  • Acumatica dependency is existential; one platform slowdown would crush Traild's partner-led growth model.
  • Niche ERP concentration exposes Traild to partner churn, pricing pressure, and Acumatica roadmap shifts.

What makes Traild unique

  • Traild tightly embeds AP automation inside Acumatica, winning 2026 ISV Partner of the Year.
  • Its fraud-prevention-first workflow combines invoice extraction, line-level matching, approvals, and always-on payment controls.
  • Pine Services Group partnered with Traild on February 2, 2026, expanding ERP reseller distribution.
