ModMed is hiring a driven Business Analyst to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Success Operational Excellence team focused on partnering with managers and internal business units to elicit requirements in the form of user stories. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional business units gathering requirements, conducting working sessions, and documenting and tracking requirements within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! This position demands strong business analysis skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with current and emerging technologies, and managing team dynamics.

Your Role:

• Facilitate requirements elaboration in the form of user stories working with cross-functional team members.
• Document business process inefficiencies with quantifiable metrics (ROI) in order to capitalize on opportunities through digital automation and transformation.
• Develop current state and future state business process flows.
• Act as the conduit between the internal business units and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood.
• Work with department leads and subject matter experts to translate requirements.
• Assist in defining the QA strategy, test plans, and use cases to validate value delivery.
• Ensure solutions proposed meet the needs of the business.
• Map business processes to the technical solution and undertake impact analysis
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, working closely with the business.
• Execute responsibilities with an understanding of the project’s strategic objectives and priorities.
• Develop, lead, and execute organization readiness activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, required.
• PMI Certification, preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a BA, writing requirements in a software company.
• Experience working in a SaaS and Agile organization preferred.
• Experience using ‘Agile’ methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills; communication skills, team-orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem solving, conflict management, and self-motivation are required for success
• 2+ years of experience working in a Quality Assurance capacity.
• Experience with System Integration projects preferred.
• Experience working with CRMs, Project Management Software, etc.
• Experience gathering requirements for Salesforce preferred.
