Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience working in a SaaS and Agile organization

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate requirements elaboration in the form of user stories working with cross-functional team members
  • Document business process inefficiencies with quantifiable metrics (ROI) in order to capitalize on opportunities through digital automation and transformation
  • Develop current state and future state business process flows
  • Act as the conduit between the internal business units and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood
  • Work with department leads and subject matter experts to translate requirements
  • Assist in defining the QA strategy, test plans, and use cases to validate value delivery
  • Ensure solutions proposed meet the needs of the business
  • Map business processes to the technical solution and undertake impact analysis
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, working closely with the business
  • Execute responsibilities with an understanding of the project’s strategic objectives and priorities
  • Develop, lead, and execute organization readiness activities
