Sonesta partners with Rita's for soccer fan treats.

Sonesta partners with Rita's for soccer fan treats. Kick off summer with Sonesta and Rita's. Alright folks, here's a twist no one saw coming. As soccer fever grips the globe, Sonesta International Hotels has teamed up with Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard to offer a mouth-watering twist for fans sweating it out under the summer sun. And by "twist," I mean free Italian ices - nothing to scoff at when you're melting like butter on a hot day. Where and when to get your free ice. Getting in on this action isn't rocket science, but you need to be at the right place at the right time. Sonesta properties in Miami, Philadelphia, and Jersey City are rolling out the red carpet for soccer fans and locals alike. Imagine the scene - Rita's Treat Trucks rolling up with 200 free ices at the ready. * Philadelphia: June 22, Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square. Enjoy a Blue Raspberry vs Green Apple showdown while France and Iraq go head-to-head from 4pm-7pm. * Miami: June 24, Signature Inn by Sonesta Miami. Dive into Blue Raspberry or Lemon as Scotland battles Brazil from 5pm-8pm. * Jersey City: June 25, Sonesta Simply Suites Jersey City. Savor Lemon or Wild Black Cherry while Ecuador takes on Germany from 3pm-6pm. A partnership built on flavor and fun. You gotta hand it to these companies - they're not just dishing out any ol' ice flavors. No, they've gone the extra mile to match the icy hues with the soccer teams' kits. Uruguay's light blue? Check. Germany's teal? Also, check. It's a playful nod to the beautiful game that'll have fans slurping with pride or utter defeat, depending on the match's outcome. Why this matters to investors. Some might think, "Big whoop, it's just ice." But tie it back to Sonesta's savvy approach and you've got a picture that's not just about frozen treats. They're using this to reel in potential patrons and boost brand loyalty. With Sonesta's prominent presence across 1,100 properties in 10 countries, a successful partnership like this could ripple through their portfolio like a cool breeze. "Summer's more than just a hot season when you've got a Rita's Italian Ice in your hand." - A scattered soccer fan Rita's and Sonesta: A strategic play. Looking at the bigger game, this is an enticing move for Rita's, which has established itself as the world's largest Italian Ice concept. The brand is leveraging Sonesta's wide reach to expand its fan base and consumer touchpoints. For Sonesta, it's about redefining its hospitality edge - offering unique experiences that keep guests coming back for more. As global events draw crowds to these cities, investors in the hospitality and retail sectors should keep an eye on how these strategies play out. It's not just about the hotels anymore; it's about the tailored experiences that they provide. Winding it all down. No frills, no fluff. Just a straightforward strategy wrapped in a refreshing cone of icy sweetness. It's a combo deal for both companies - putting a chill spin on summer and making each stay a tad more memorable. Watch how these moves might echo in customer reviews and return visits.
