Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the technical implementation of architectures that will scale to support large numbers of workflows, and as required, integrate third-party components spanning vendor systems, cloud technology, and data engineering platforms
  • Provide prompt support and a high level of service to all downstream consumers
  • Proactively drive efficiency across Macro BAU processes to improve the overall quality and efficiency of daily technology operations
