Responsibilities
Prepare invoices in Elite, provide drafts to case managers, implement edits and write-offs, and submit final invoices to clients while ensuring compliance with engagement letters and client-specific billing guidelines.
Submit invoices using eHub and other e-billing platforms, and resolve rejected-invoice issues.
Manage approvals for budgets and timekeepers in client e-billing platforms.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and handle ad hoc billing requests in a timely manner.
Maintain internal billing trackers and reports of billing progress.
Assist with collection of outstanding invoices as needed.
Respond quickly to a high volume of emails and other requests.
Communicate with the billing director and case managers.

Job Overview
As the Billing Analyst/eBilling Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s administrative, financial, and operational needs. As part of a billing team, you will be responsible for providing invoices to clients that reflect Econic Partners’ high standards for accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare invoices in Elite, including providing drafts to case managers, implementing edits and write-offs, and submitting final invoices to clients. Ensure invoices comply with Engagement Letters and Client specific billing guidelines.
Submit invoices using eHub and various other e-billing platforms. Efficiently resolve issues with rejected invoices.
Manage approvals for budgets and timekeepers in client e-billing platforms.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, while handling ad hoc billing requests, in a timely manner.

The starting salary for the Billing Analyst role is $85,000.
