- EPA Type II or Universal Certification is required.
- At least five years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience is required.
- At least three years of general maintenance experience, including building systems, electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair, is required.
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is required.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on store and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions.
- Support general facility maintenance needs, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and store equipment repairs.
- Work directly with store teams and vendors to keep locations operating safely and efficiently.
- Travel to FriendShip locations throughout Ohio and participate in an on-call rotation.
