- A university degree in any branch of study is required.
- Three years of experience in quality are required.
- Social competencies include communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
- Professional competencies include adult learning theory, blended learning, e-learning concepts, skills and competency modeling, training management, and leadership development programs.
- Release the daily process in the Cutting Area.
- Requalify applicators according to internal procedure AA3117, including ultrasonic welding combinations and splice voltage drop resistance.
- Ensure CMK, CPK, and SPC studies for production equipment and processes.
- Elaborate and evaluate micrographs, perform equipment calibration, and maintain the document registry.
- Validate requalification of manual applicators, cutting machines, and crimping machines.
- Perform requalification per process for cutting, stripping, crimping, welding, twisting, and shrinking.
- Conduct microsections and support analysis of customer or supplier complaint samples.
- Perform additional tests related to quality, engineering, complaints, and machine commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, norms, and HSEE requirements in the area of activity.
- Improve crimping qualification processes and laboratory usage, and elaborate micrograph catalogues for samples and product audits, including customer-specific requirements.
