- An active Texas Registered Nurse license in good standing is required.
- At least 2 years of recent in-home hospice experience is required.
- The nurse must be able to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
- The nurse must be available for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
- Clinical documentation skills and attention to detail are needed.
- Deliver end-of-life care to hospice patients.
- Experience with Kinnser or WellSky is preferred.
