Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  • Hands-on VRV/VRF experience and high interest and motivation to learn, training will be provided on all aspects of VRV.
  • Must be comfortable working on a computer daily and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis.
  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record and adhere to all pertinent ElitAire policies.
Responsibilities
  • Provide initial Check- Test- Start for VRV and DOAS equipment we represent.
  • Responsible for servicing products and equipment (not restricted to products we represent) on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Uses a variety of hand-tools, factory selection program, blueprints, and engineering specifications to validate proper installation, diagnose and correct systems.
  • Utilize Daikin Service Checker tool and remote monitoring technology to identify, analyze, diagnose, and make system recommendations at customer locations.
  • Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
  • Represents Company by serving as a Daikin OEM direct customer contact.
  • Provides training for troubleshooting & maintenance at customer site.
  • Provides technical support to customers.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
  • Drives a company vehicle to job sites. Regular travel requirements with some (infrequent) overnight travel.
  • Secures additional work through proactive recommendations based on equipment status and clients' needs.
