Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on data products or analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive a comprehensive data product strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize data product opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Orchestrate the integration of disparate data sources into cohesive data products.
  • Ensure data products are designed to leverage data effectively, providing actionable insights and driving business outcomes.
  • Establish key performance indicators and industry-standard targets for data products.
  • Monitor performance against targets and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain and improve user satisfaction.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data product specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Partner with the Director, Data Team on technical direction and overall strategy development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of data product vision, progress, and outcomes.
  • Translate complex data concepts into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to inform product development and ensure products meet user needs and market demand.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
