Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the North American field marketing plan and activation calendar, aligned with global priorities, launches, sales objectives, and channel needs.
  • Execute regional campaigns and product launches across digital, field, channel, and sales enablement touchpoints.
  • Plan trade shows, distributor and customer events, webinars, and roadshows, including promotion, lead capture, follow-up, and post-event measurement.
  • Build distributor co-marketing programs, partner communications, co-branded campaigns, launch kits, promotions, and sales tools that help partners create demand.
  • Partner with sales to identify priority segments, target accounts, market opportunities, and customer stories for campaigns and content.
  • Localize global content and create regional presentations, launch materials, sales tools, case studies, public relations materials, and digital communications for North American audiences.
  • Manage North American marketing inquiries and leads in Salesforce, including lead-source accuracy, routing, follow-up visibility, and related data needs.
  • Track marketing key performance indicators, including campaign engagement, lead quality, event performance, channel participation, follow-up, and pipeline influence where available.
  • Capture customer, distributor, sales, competitor, and market insights and share actionable themes with Global Marketing and Product Divisions.
  • Coordinate regional agencies, suppliers, promotional items, budgets and purchase requests, partner communications, and channel marketing contact data.
  • Serve as the North American marketing liaison to global and European stakeholders, bridging market context, launch timing, and regional execution needs.
  • Travel within North America as needed for trade shows, distributor and customer events, sales meetings, and other field activity.
  • Provide limited shared support, approximately 10% of the role's time, across the Vacuum Automation Division, including coordinating marketing efforts, assisting with campaign execution, contributing to shared communications, and helping ensure consistent messaging across the division.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Divisions, Sales, Channel Management, Digital Marketing, and other regional stakeholders to deliver timely, commercially effective marketing.

  • Effective communication: communicating clearly, precisely, and in a structured manner; speaking with authority and conviction; presenting effectively; working across sales, technical, distributor, and global stakeholder groups; and willingness to travel within North America.
  • Being organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and managing competing priorities while maintaining follow-through.
  • Commercial awareness and customer curiosity, including interest in markets, applications, competitors, and factors that help sales succeed.
