Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Kids Unlimited team and volunteer leaders across all age groups, from nursery through fifth grade.
Create an engaging, high-energy experience that reflects the excellence and fun of Kids Unlimited.
Oversee the implementation of curriculum, supplies, safety protocols, and child check-in systems.
Champion a culture of safety, excitement, and spiritual formation.
Partner with parents to encourage family discipleship at home.
Collaborate with Kids Ministry Support for training, resources, and alignment.
Support children’s ministry events, outreach efforts, and baptism celebrations.

Position Overview The Kids Unlimited Director leads the children’s ministry at the campus-level, creating an environment where kids feel loved, have fun, and build a foundation of faith. This role involves recruiting and leading a team of passionate volunteers, partnering with parents, and executing excellent, creative weekend experiences that reflect the heart of Kids Unlimited.
