About the job
- At least one year of experience in the field is desired.
- Basic education.
- Perform a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks in general or specified areas.
- Perform daily routine cleaning of the beach, the front and walkway sides of guest rooms, and other designated areas.
- Monitor, collect, and dispose of different types of waste.
- Clear blocked drains and related facilities.
- Clear all grease traps daily.
- Move furniture and transport supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Collect coconuts and young coconuts for the required departments.
- Clean all dustbins and ashtrays in walkways and staff areas daily.
- Clean roofs and gutters when required.
- Clean and cut fish when required.
- Clean and oil the wooden deck and jetty.
- Take care when digging the ground to ensure that pipes and cables are safe.
- Follow safety instructions at all times.
- Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
- Assemble and disassemble stages and scaffolds.
- Follow safe and hygienic work practices.
- Wear all personal protective equipment.
