Experience in the trade or knowledge of the products.

Responsibilities

Welcome, inform, and serve customers in departments requiring specific product preparation or packaging, while monitoring product rotation and quality.
Sell sliced charcuterie.
Arrange and present products for sale and provide appropriate product and legal information, including allergen and risk information.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the relevant department and laboratory areas.
Maintain stock in the appropriate fixtures and storage areas.
Stock the fresh-food department at the beginning of the shift.
Work afternoon hours from 13:00 to 20:00, Monday through Saturday.

Description du poste

Accueille, renseigne et sert le client au sein de rayons nécessitant une préparation et/ou un conditionnement spécifique du produit (traiteur…) en surveillant la rotation et la qualité des produits. Vente de charcuterie à la coupe.

Dispose et présente les produits à la vente, met en place l’information adéquate (fiche produit, informations légales sur les risques ou les allergènes…).

Assure la propreté, l'hygiène du rayon et laboratoire concernés, la conservation du stock dans les meubles et les réserves appropriés. Mise en rayon dans le rayon frais en début de service.
