A bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required; four years of additional TE experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
CISSP Certification is required.
For Level 2, 14 years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
For Level 2, IASAE Level 2 certification (CASP+ CE, CISSP or Associate, or CSSLP) and CISSP Certification are required.
For Level 3, 20 years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
For Level 3, a master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline may substitute for two years of experience, reducing the experience requirement to 18 years.

Responsibilities
Serve as a security engineering representative on teams designing, developing, implementing, and integrating secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
Help design and integrate Information Assurance architectures, systems, and security components.
Provide security engineering leadership throughout system design, development, implementation, evaluation, and integration.
Apply Information Assurance policies, procedures, and security best practices to develop secure and resilient computing environments.
Collaborate directly with Government customers, engineers, architects, and other technical team members.
Evaluate system architectures and recommend security solutions that meet mission and operational requirements.
Support the design and implementation of trusted relationships between interconnected systems and architectures.
Identify security requirements for protecting and properly handling Government data.
Assess vulnerabilities and security risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Design secure systems and networks spanning multiple enclaves and differing data protection or classification requirements.
Develop system-level solutions to address complex security requirements.

Summary
CTC Group is seeking Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSE) for a contingent program supporting mission-critical cybersecurity infrastructure. In this role, you will help design and secure complex computing environments, identify vulnerabilities, assess security risks, and develop practical mitigation strategies.
