Seismic continues to expand our product design team, and we’re looking for a passionate and talented Product Designer to help us design and build the next generation of Seismic products. You will create beautiful and inspiring user experiences that help users create, discover, and interact with sales content managed in the Seismic platform. You are an excellent communicator, self-starter, and collaborative enthusiast. While interaction design is the most important discipline for this role, and you likely won’t be asked to redesign our entire product line, you will frequently be asked to apply our creative vision and aesthetic to new design patterns and use
cases.

What You Will Do:
Seismic continues to expand our product design team, and we’re looking for a passionate and talented Product Designer to help us design and build the next generation of Seismic products. You will create beautiful and inspiring user experiences that help users create, discover, and interact with Seismic platform data. You are an excellent communicator, self-starter, and collaborative enthusiast. While data visualization is the most important discipline for this role, and you likely won’t be asked to redesign our entire product line, you will frequently be asked to apply our creative vision and aesthetic to new design patterns and use cases.
What You Will Bring To The Team:
- 3+ years working of hands-on experience creating best-in-class experiences and visualizing data
- 1+ years designing for enterprise software solutions
- A portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work
- Familiarity with a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and know how to apply them in a design thinking-like process
- A track record of best-in-class designing experiences for contextual insights, data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for data storytelling and advocating for design best practices
- Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to understand user’s needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables
- Familiar with the tools of the trade like Excel, Tableau, Pendo, Gainsight, Figma, D3.js, SQL, depending on your previous experience
- Experience building successful visualizations with live data sets that communicate meaningful insights
