Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex client engagements.
  • Proven success in a senior operations and strategy role within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required.
  • High proficiency in SQL—capable of building optimized queries and turning data into impactful insights.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and CRM/ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for operational excellence, aligned with the company’s long-term goals as a Super Carrier.
  • Lead critical initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across Product, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, and other teams.
  • Develop, implement, and refine KPIs to measure and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Leverage advanced SQL skills to extract, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource constraints.
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and risks effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, ensuring that the organization meets or exceeds compliance standards.
