Requirements
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, inspections, and facility repairs.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and work orders for buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Complete basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building repairs.
  • Maintain facility grounds, including snow removal, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and operational testing of facility equipment and life safety systems.
  • Document maintenance activities, inspections, testing, and repairs using maintenance management systems.
  • Support regulatory compliance by maintaining records and assisting with required inspections and testing.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team, vendors, and staff to maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities across all Kennedy Community Health locations.
