- Bachelor's degree and eight years of related work experience, or twelve years of related work experience after high school.
- Five years of experience identifying and adopting new, emerging technologies.
- Five years of project management and project implementation experience.
- Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus technologies such as OSB and Mule ESB.
- Experience with relevant Java Enterprise Edition frameworks.
- Experience with service orchestration tools.
- Experience with service security frameworks such as WSSE and OAuth2.
- Experience with service repositories.
