About the Job

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in Transaction Services or financial audit.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting, financial modeling, and understanding complex financial issues and challenges.
Recognized leadership and ability to manage teams.
Proven ability to supervise teams while remaining operational, with an interest in hands-on delivery and field support.
Experience and interest in business development.
Strong interest in consulting, client exposure, and managing complex transactional situations.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, and ability to prepare, structure, and independently lead topics.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple high-stakes financial due diligence assignments.
Analyze financial performance and identify risks.
Supervise teams, develop employees' skills, and guarantee quality.
Contribute to the end-to-end client relationship, including scoping, production, presentation of findings, and support on transaction-related matters.
Actively participate in business development.
Contribute to the expansion strategy and development of new offerings.
Act as the regional point of contact for clients and partners while leveraging the firm's existing resources.

Desired Qualifications

A recognized network in the Transaction Services field is an advantage.

Dans un contexte de développement, l’équipe renforce son leadership et souhaite intégrer un futur porteur de l’offre Transaction Services au sein de la Région Est. Le rôle s’inscrit dans une dynamique de structuration.

En tant que Lead Régional Transaction Services, vous interviendrez sur des opérations stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée :

Vos missions :

Piloter plusieurs missions de due diligence financière à fort enjeu.

Analyser la performance financière et identifier les risques.

Superviser les équipes, assurer la montée en compétence des collaborateurs et garantir la qualité.
Contribuer à la relation client de bout en bout : cadrage, production, restitution et accompagnement des enjeux transactionnels.

Participer activement au développement commercial.

Prendre part à la stratégie d’expansion et au développement de nouvelles offres.

Être le point de contact régional pour les clients et partenaires, tout en s’appuyant sur l’existant du Cabinet.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

10 années d’expérience minimum en Transaction Services ou audit financier.

Solide expertise en analyse financière, comptabilité, modélisation et compréhension des enjeux et problématiques financières complexes.

Leadership reconnu et capacité à encadrer des équipes.

Capacité éprouvée à superviser des équipes tout en restant opérationnel, avec un goût pour la production et l’accompagnement terrain.

Expérience et appétence en développement commercial. Le fait de bénéficier d’un réseau reconnu dans le domaine du Transaction Services est un atout.

Appétence forte pour le conseil, l’exposition client et la gestion de situations transactionnelles complexes.

Esprit entrepreneurial, sens du résultat, capacité à se préparer, à structurer et à porter des sujets en autonomie.
