Responsibilities
  • Support the sales organization with its systems and process needs, focusing primarily on the CPQ quoting tool.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage requirements gathering, UAT, and communication for new products, enhancements, and processes.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on CPQ and other related tools.
  • Handle ad hoc orders when customers request to provision licenses on their contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Reconcile accounts in CPQ when billing errors occur to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and account management.
  • Partner with finance to ensure accurate booking for ELT and Board reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance to maintain alignment on revenue recognition and reporting standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the system.
  • Implement and maintain data quality standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
