Responsibilities
  • Assess the physical and mental health of residents receiving long-term care.
  • Plan and deliver required clinical care and nursing treatments, and supervise their completion.
  • Provide clinical leadership to care teams, including auxiliary nurses and patient care attendants, during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain resident records and ensure effective clinical information handoffs between shifts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrate versatility and readiness to work with older adults.
