About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, growth, or campaign operations, ideally with trading or fintech products.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to draw independent conclusions from data and turn them into decisions.
  • A solid understanding of trading products, including spot, derivatives, and TradFi, and their users.
  • Ability to drive execution across functions and keep multiple moving parts on track.
  • Ability to make fast, decisive judgments under ambiguity and communicate complex data as actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product features, including requirement grooming, UI/UX reviews, tracking development and quality assurance progress, and launch acceptance.
  • Set up, configure, and manage marketing campaigns through their full lifecycle, including token-listing campaigns and new-token staking campaigns, ensuring they integrate with underlying product features.
  • Use campaigns and incentives to grow trading volume across spot, perpetuals, and TradFi; design and iterate growth mechanics, validate hypotheses with data, and tailor approaches to each category’s users and mechanics.
  • Build and maintain channel attribution that breaks trading volume down by channel, campaign, and incentive; analyze volume, channel return on investment, and user segmentation to identify opportunities and guide resource allocation.
  • Monitor real-time data during launches and campaigns, including user engagement and conversion funnels; respond to anomalies and risk-control alerts and produce regular retrospective reports.
