What believers are saying

  • April-July 2024 acquisitions of CAP and Rider’s Advantage expanded RV and powersports F&I coverage to 1,700+ dealers.
  • May 2024 GlassParency glass protection via 1,000+ dealers and e-commerce diversifies aftermarket product revenue streams.
  • 2024 DealerPRO Training acquisition strengthened fixed-ops training across U.S. and Canada, boosting dealership F&I performance.

What critics are saying

  • Fitch’s BBB- downgrade elevates debt costs, threatening capital for APCO’s 34-acquisition strategy within 6–12 months.
  • Rising CPO vehicle costs and 72+ month loan terms compress add-on willingness, slashing EasyCare/GWC revenue elasticity in 2025–2026.
  • 34 acquisitions in six years risk operational dilution and integration failure in powersports/marine segments lacking auto playbook depth.

What makes APCO Holdings unique

  • APCO operates leading F&I brands EasyCare, GWC Warranty, and GlassParency across auto, RV, powersports, and marine sectors.
  • APCO completed 34 acquisitions in six years, diversifying its portfolio with strong teams and integrated training capabilities.
  • APCO retains post-acquisition leadership like CEO Tony Wanderon and Gary LoCicero to ensure operational continuity.
