Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Determine whether service customers have appointments and record the customer’s name, vehicle identification number, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
Move and park vehicles safely on dealership property.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom and service drive.
Assist with vehicle delivery preparation and staging.
Perform light vehicle cleaning, including vacuuming, washing, and wiping interiors as needed.
Shuttle customers locally when required.
Support service departments with daily operational needs.
Follow all safety procedures and brand standards.
Adhere to customer service processes.
Gas vehicles as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Previous dealership or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
